ARTICHOKE HEART DIP

This artichoke dip is probably one of the easiest dips you could ever make, which is surprising considering how good it tastes. It’s cheesy and melty, exactly how an artichoke dip should be. It pairs perfectly with tortilla chips, and my sister, Savvy, loved it.

Artichoke Heart Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts (drained and rinsed)

  • 1 white onion

  • 1 cup of Hellman’s Olive Oil Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep

    Chop the artichoke hearts pretty small and dice the onion.

  2. Prepare the Dip
    Combine the artichoke hearts, onion, mayonnaise, and cheese into a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Finish the Dip
    Microwave the dip for 4 minutes right before serving.

  4. Serve

    Serve with plain tortilla or potato chips.

Yes - I’m wearing goggles so the onions don’t irritate my eyes. Works every time!
