TOSTADA OLE

A fresh dip that is sure to satisfy you. It’s similar to a seven layer dip, but it’s better. You cannot skip out on the fresh salsa, and the green chillies and olives add loads of flavor. Serve this with your chip of choice, I prefer tortilla chips or potato chips.

Tostada Ole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of refried beans

  • 1 can of chopped black olives

  • 1 can of chopped green chillies

  • 1 can of pimentos

  • 4-6 oz of sour cream

  • Fresh salsa or pico de gallo

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Chopped scallions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dip

    First, spread the can of beans into a deep plate or casserole dish, creating a layer about 1/2 inch deep. Spread the black olives, pimentos, and green chillies on top of the bean layer. Now add the layer of sour cream over that. Finally, add a layer of salsa and shredded cheddar cheese and top with optional scallions.

  2. Serve

    Serve with tortilla chips or chip of choice as a party snack or dinner party appetizer.
