CINNAMON ROLL GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of cashews (chopped)

  • 1 cup of pecans (chopped)

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup of flaxseeds

  • 1/3 cup of quinoa

  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup of liquid/melted coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the Granola

    Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the dry ingredients and adding the coconut oil and maple syrup last.

  3. Toast the Granola

    Spread the granola evenly on the cookie sheet and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Remove from oven and let cool for at least 20 minutes. Break apart and enjoy as a snack or as a breakfast cereal.
