Mimi is the ultimate convenience cook! When she makes “The Sandwich” on the 4th of July, she lays it out on a paper tablecloth - no plates or utensils needed. When everyone is done eating, she cleans up by taking the ends of the tablecloth, folding up the contents of the table, and throwing the whole lot in the trash. DONE! No muss, no fuss.
